This house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The downstairs den and small laundry room could easily be used as another bed and bath. Because of the way it was built, it uses stealth stairs. It might look a little odd but they were game tested and worked perfectly. There is a patio located off the breakfast nook and a private deck from the master bedroom.
