A short while ago whilst I was searching for the perfect dorm for my sims, I realised that there wasn't really that many available that suited my needs. What I wanted was a dorm that had eveything. Hence I decided to create LilyRose Dorm

The Dorm will room 5 sims in complete comfort and style. It comes equipted with all the essentials needed for the perfect college experience, and then some!

There is a pool, BBQ and spa outside for every raging dorm party need, and also the luxury of a side house - containing band room, sauna and massage table.

If your university sims have a green thumb, they can contribute to the college vege-patch or earn some extra money working in the kitchen.

The lot is playtested and just waiting for your sims to experience it.
