Hey all!

Just got a laptop and am just starting to get a little bit of free time to sim again, so I decided to upload a house!



It's a pretty contemporary blueprint, with a retro orange/green/gray color scheme on the main floor. There is absolutely no custom content - which was incredibly difficult, might I add!

The first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen is my favorite part:


There are three bedrooms upstairs,a bathroom, and with a gameroom where your sims can play chess, foosball, dance around a little bit, or paint their perfect masterpiece. There is also a small balcony with a telescope.

I designed one of the bedrooms as a stereotypical teenage girl's room, and another as a stereotypical little boy's room. The master is decked out in elegantly contemporary taupe, a little bit of a contrast from the funky main floor. It looks a little pink in the picture but I don't think it's quite that feminine in-game.


The frontyard is a little small, but there's a pond and an open-air driveway. The backyard's a little bigger, with a pool and a covered deck with a barbecue and fireplace. There's also just a little bit of room for your sims to run around and play catch or whatever.
