Roomy 4+ Bedroom Family Craftsman

I was inspired by the facade of a house outside Vancouver, Canada. *deep breath* I didn't have a floorplan and I didn't copy the back of the house and in fact this one isn't even the same colour or anything and I just copied the basic shape of the front and the pic is on a real estate site so it probably won't be there forever and so you'll just have to take my word for it. Whew. Anyway, onto the house...

Downstairs features a single car garage, mud room, kitchen/meals area, dining, living, study/billiard room and a powder room.

Upstairs features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus a colourful games room for the kiddies. This could be turned into another bedroom if your sim has a large family.

Outside there is a pergola with bbq & eating area plus a swimming pool.
