Little house from a dream, no CC

I had a dream where was a house like this. I did upgrade the idea while building and as it turned out good I decided to share it here. It would be good for a little family, who wants to live in a cozy dream house. In the garden there are 3x5 tiles sized greenhouse, apple tree and some flowers.

This house has
2 bedrooms
1.5bathrooms
kitchen and dining room
living room
2 corridors

It's fully furnished and costs 62 325 Simoleons (although I forgot to buy a phone...) and the lot size is 20x30. I didn't use any custom content.

This lot is play tested and it works perfectly. I'm not sure which EP's and SP's I've used and since this is my first upload and I didn't plan to publish this is why it's a mess. Sorry about that.

Surely it will need Garden and mansion, kitchen & bath, Ikea, Nightlife, Seasons and Apartment Life, maybe Pets for the carpets upstairs.

The name Kaskipelto is Finnish and in English it would be something like burn-beaten field.
