As the title indicates this is a small modern style house. I used an online plan found here:
http://www.houseplans.com/plan_details.asp?id=32966



On the main living level are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed the other with 2 singles. A balcony wraps around 2 sides of the house and can be accessed from the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom. The bathroom has a double sink in the outer room and a toilet and bath in the back.




On the lower level there is a carport and the entrance to the home. I replaced the useless storage area in the plan with a small room with a desk, chair, computer and workout bench.



Most of the furnishings and decorations throughout the house are from the IKEA or Kitchen and Bath SP. The only EP needed is Night Life.

I added a grilling area to the back yard and landscaped the yard.
