Have you ever wanted a corset piercing for your Sim, but didn't want the piercing to be a permanent part of your Sim's skintone? Now you can give your Sim a corset piercing without having to modify your Sim's skintone!

This new mesh is quite detailed, as it has 20 separately modeled rings - all of which pass through the Sim's skin - and a ribbon which passes through all of the rings. Despite this high level of detail, the mesh is fairly low-poly at 1980 faces, and therefore shouldn't put a strain on your game or computer.

This mesh also will move with the Sim's body, and the rings shouldn't separate from the Sim's body or sink further in - in the above picture, all of the rings still touch the Sim's skin! Even when a Sim does yoga, the piercings stay in place with only minor clipping around the shoulders. This image demonstrates a Sim wearing one of these corset piercings getting up from a sofa, and this screenshot is an image of a Sim doing yoga with one of these piercings.

These piercings are available in a wide variety of colors, and come with matching tops in all of the same colors.

Additionally, two more muted colors, reminiscent of camoflauge - olive and tan - are available, for a more casual look.

Bikini tops are also recommended for use with these piercings, as they leave the back exposed.

Unfortunately, these piercings will sink into the Sim's body if a top or whole-body clothing set is used where the back is covered - even Maxis T-shirts have problems with this. This is why the additional T-shirts are included with the download. Additionally, if the Sim gains weight, the piercings will sink into the Sim's body - if I can figure out to make a morph mesh for an accessory, I will update the mesh to correct this problem.

Two sets of piercings are included: one visible with the Casual outfit, one visible when the Sim is wearing Undies. This was an intentional decision, because in real life, these piercings are usually temporary and are not practical for extended use. Piercings from both sets can be used at the same time, but due to the way the textures are set up, the accessories will try to share a set of textures, meaning that one set will borrow the color of another set.

Users with Bon Voyage can re-categorize these piercings into Bon Voyage jewelry with JFade / DJS Sims' Wardrobe Wrangler, and delete the Undies set, so that the piercings are available for any clothing category. For users without BV, Wardrobe Wrangler or SimPE can be used to recategorize the piercings into other categories, but please note that this will take effect for all uses of the piercing package.
