This is a beautiful house for a family of 5. Has a very open feel to it, considering that the whole first floor is open, except the 1.5 bathrooms.
Being based on a real life house, I consider it to be modern. This lot doesn't come cheap, for your sims will have to fork out about 175,000 simoleans to live in this wonderful home. Includes a back and front deck, 3.5 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms(1 being master bedrooms). This is my first upload so tell me what you think!
