Who said that a starter home has to be miserable? This starter home costs only 17.709 simoleons and it has everything your Sims need to walk proundly into their new life. It is a 2-bedroom, one bathroom house with a pool and plenty of room to expand as your Sim-family grows bigger! It even has carpets, tv and stereo. I hope you like it. It is a very easy to play house and it is definately one of the best if you are new in the game.
