Here is a four bedroom, four bath home for eight sims built on a medium lot with room for expansion. Currently the old house has a separate garage which can easily be made useful for cars with the right ep. It also has a little summer house which could be torn down and replaced with a pool. The dining room has plenty of room for eight and the kitchen also has a little breakfast area. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two with single beds. The realtors found the house especially for BabayxBunny but are waiting to see if she puts in an offer. Until then, it's up for grabs!

Lot Size: 4x3
