You don't have to live in the city to find modern homes, right? This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on an elevated lot which used to be flat. A gravel driveway leads you up to the house and another leads you into the carport The carport driveway should be convertible with the right ep. Your sims will enjoy the country air on the wide back porch overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. You should have plenty of room to raise a family here.
