Here's a simple living space for your up-to-date simmies.
It's quite small, on a 2x2 lot. It has 2 stories, a single car 'garage' and a nice little outdoor dining area.

With two small bedrooms, the house is based on minimal colours and can easily be renovated to suit your taste!

*MAY OR MAY NOT need the Happy Holiday Stuff pack*
The reason being, some people have downloaded my lots without actually having the stuff pack installed and have had no issues with it.
