Better Maxis - Townhouse

This beautiful three story townhouse is set on a 2x2 lot and manages to fit quite a bit of living in for its size. There is plenty of space inside the house for sims to roam around and enjoy all types of entertainment. Also included is furniture necessary to increase all the types of skills. This house has been based on the Townhouse created by maxis. Improvements made include minor physical changes to the exterior of the house and better landscaping. As for the inside of the house, many improvements have been made to the layout of rooms inside the house for the best experience. The floor plan has been well thought through for convenience when playing and has a sense of realism.

- 1 x Room with one single bed and appropriate baby / toddler furniture
- 1 x Room with toilet & sink
- 1 x Bathroom

I have spent lots of time trying to perfect this home and it has been tested repeatedly and improved for a fantastic experience for you and your sims. Hope you all like it
