I like for my sims to live in the city, and I often use real-life city houses for inspiration. This house is inspired by the lovely brick townhouses in Boston's Beacon Hill and Back Bay. It has plenty of room for a small family of three or four, with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The backyard contains a driveway for one car, or you could remove it and enlarge the backyard.



1st floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom (toilet and sink)
2nd floor: master bedroom, bathroom, study
3rd floor: 2 small bedrooms (empty), bathroom, porch
