Having been interested in the medieval castles' architecture for a long time; I finally decided to create one in The Sims 3. After a bit of searching for the castles I knew, Windsor Castle seemed to be the most interesting castle to build. You can see the picture of the real castle above this text.

The castle had to be modified a bit since lots longer than 64 tiles don't exist in TS3. The perfect sized lot for this would have been something like 40x90, so therefore I had to reduce the length of some parts of the castle. Also thinking of the playability, the buildings next to the cathedral had to be changed quite a bit. Also the garden of the castle has been created by my imagination since I didn't want to try making a cheap copy of the real garden on a completely differently shaped area.

The rooms included:
7 bathrooms (3 of them in the main castle, 7 around the castle)
10 bedrooms (3 in the main castle, 7 as servants' bedrooms)
5 Kitchens (1 in the main castle, 4 in the servants' recidences)
Library
Diningroom
Lobby
Nectar Cellar

And on the top of that, a big garden

Lot price furnished: 486,958§
Unfurnished: 316,703§

IMPORTANT (Custom content not included):
In order to the cathedral to show up correctly, you need to download the following set:
Build Your Own Cathedral by Hekate999

If you also want the trees and plants to look like they do in the pictures (Only the colour changes to a more natural one), you need to download:
Altered Plants by HystericalParoxysm

None custom content is included and none EA store items are used.

An extra pic from the garden (as it was too big for the attachments):
