The Azure Palace

The Azure Palace is a home for your rich sims. With its 2,5 floors it has room even for the biggest sim families out there. It is surrounded by a big, colourful and rich garden. The colours of the house's exterior parts were inspired by nature - white representing air, blue representing the seas and black representing the rocks.

Originally the house was designed by a famous Chinese architecht, who appreciated the nature a lot and therefore chose it as the theme for his modern house. However, the architecht never got to move in because his bussines went bankcrupt and he had to sell the house just after it got finished. The architecht's touches can be seen in the few parts of the garden that have maintained their original appearance. The rest of the garden has recently been redesigned to meet the interests and needs of the American buyers.

NOTE: As I originally built the house for my legacy family, the size of the lot is a bit weird. It's 43 x 40, fitted on a lot in Bridgeport. However, you can fit the lot on a bigger empty lot
