I've been building many big houses lately so this time I felt like building something smaller. I decided to start this series called "Petite Living". Small, functional family homes to a reasonable price. This Is the first in the series and I hope you'll like It
It's a cozy two story family home with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a play house just for the youngsters. There's also a BBQ area In the backyard. It's built on a 3*2 lot and I believe there's room for a driveway to the left of the house If you have The correct expansion.
All skill building objects, alarm and phone are Included as usual.
