This cozy, rustic retreat is situated on a 4x5 lot and has 3+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.



Sideways garage is decorative only, but a driveway is included.

Two of the bedrooms are furnished and decorated. The third one is ready for you to use as you like, as is the small semi-attached bungalow which I think would make a great studio or fourth bedroom.

There is a pond for fishing, a BBQ area, and plenty of room for you to add a pool or garden.

The only CC used are walls, and floors besides the Garden Swing by Maxis.
