This is a cottage that I built a couple of years ago for the Fairytale Fantasy Showcase on the official TS2 site. I have updated it a bit and thought I would upload it for the fantasy theme here at MTS.

This cute little cottage sits on a 3x3 lot and will cost your Sim $92,328.

There is one bedroom and 1.5 baths.



Your Sims will get a start on gardening with the small plot and apple tree in the back yard.
