This lot took me quite awhile to make even though it was small. The main struggle was going over the price limit :/ but here it is, after deleting the tv and customizing every cheap thing to expensify it Expensify? Is that even a word? Anyways, this lot is quite modern and easy to play. Has quite a bit of split levels too. And no Custom content!!!!

Anyways its a lot for two and come with, double bed, kitchen, small dining and bathroom Kinda like a small apartment.
