This is house number 3 in the series of Tiny Houses. It has a whooping 7 ROOMS!! A living room, dining room/office, a kitchen, a master bedroom with a crib, a second bedroom with room for 2 single beds or 2 bunk beds, and 1.5 bathrooms. This house could potentially sleep 6 Sims and a toddler or baby.



If you have the Generations Expansion Pack, you could replace the single beds in the bedroom with bunk beds for 2 additional sleeping spaces.
Because of this house being 2 stories, it is a little bit more expensive than the other 2 houses in this series so far. However, the furnished version is under 16,500, which is what Sims start out with, so your new Sim could still move in right away.
