This is house number 4 in the series of Tiny Houses. It has 4 rooms - a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with room for 2 single beds or 2 bunk beds. It could potentially sleep 4 Sims.



This house is designed to be a grandmother's house, with plenty of room for Grandma herself, along with the grandchildren!

If you have the Generations Expansion Pack, you can replace the two single beds in the bedroom with bunk beds for a total of 4 sleeping spaces.
