Hi everyone!

I'm back with a new lot, a small country starter house.

It took a long time to do, because I didn't realize before how difficult it was to do build a starter home!

But here it is!

...and it costs exactly 19,793§
It's built on 2×2 lot, and it's FULLY FURNISHED.

No CC (It was difficult too, I've been tempted to use CC many times :p)

I hope you'll like it!
