This is an entry for the monthly theme of January: Elders. Good theme, as we really need more Elder stuff. So I built a lovely house just for Elders simmies, specially for those who are tired after a long life of work, and who would like to start a new life in a little house and in a quiet place...
This is a little house, fully furnished (as all my houses) with two bedrooms (one for the Elder couple and one for the grandchildren for when they visit their grandparents), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a study. But the garden is quite big, so your elders will be able
to do gardening...
No CC for this house.
Only base game is needed. (I only have base game)
