Tropical Island Mansion

IMPORTANT:

-This lot has two versions, one intended for Legacy Island III, and an island one for any world
-the scenery lot of the palm trees in the back of the house is an underground garden/scenery lot that I just made. It's great for owners of this house (I recommend using this as an ownable lot). It can be used as the garden I intend it for, a fishing spot, and nectary storage if you have world adventures. It's perfect to accompany this mansion because it doesn't have a basement and cannot. And you can place it super close to the home lot as I did if you wanted.




Island Version:


I've been playing in the world Legacy Island III, and there are a few places with large lots intended for legacy families. One of them is on a smaller island, partly on the island, partly in the ocean. So I thought it would be awesome to make a lot there, because not just any house would work there for many reasons. As it's pretty hilly, I wanted to make the house farther out on the lot, so the deck is right out there till the end of the lot. Legacy Island III can be found here.

Do not fret though, I made an island version for those of you not playing in Legacy Island, as I know many of you are not playing in that world.

The path is aiming toward the path on the main island.

I actually made this mansion with an east and west wing this time. I was able to get that down with the placement of the rooms. The east wing is used for your sim's everyday life.

It includes:
-the family room/play room
-kitchen
-dining room
-gym
-empty hobby room (could be used as an extra bedroom, or even split up, as it's a fairly large room)
-bathroom

The west wing is the area to impress. It has
-a large living room
-makeover room
-collector's room
-party room

The upstairs also has two main sections too. The east area is the main area, with four of the bedrooms, one of which is a nursery, and three bathrooms. The west side has a study room, computer room, and another bedroom and bathroom.

I added a large back porch as well, full of activities for your sims to do. The boats are on a lower dock, so that the mailperson will come through this way, and your sims can use the boats. loading a house, the boats appear really high up, you just have to replace them. I recommend deleting them, and then undoing it so they show up right. I'm not sure if the boats work here, so I apologizes if they're unusable placed there.
