Effie works as an escort for District 12, particularly to Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games trilogy. Her responsibilities include drawing Hunger Games tributes' names at reapings and subsequently escorting the tributes to the Capitol. She is very well known for her Capitol accent, upbeat attitude for the Games and the Capitol phrase, "And may the odds be ever in your favor!".


One of my next sims in my Hunger Games project, Effie Trinket! I based her facial sculpt on the actress Elizabeth Banks, and I'll admit, this was pretty hard concerning the lack of Effie hair and giant hair flowers, so the one on my sim was the best I could find.

Traits: Neurotic, Excitable, Childish, Party Animal, Easily Impressed
