Hello! I am 9zlily, and I present you a modern beach villa with bamboo and stones.

It is fully furnished. No custom content is used in this house.

Here are some pictures of it. They are all original pictures captured in game, and not edited at all (only re-sized to 1024x768).









It is my third work posted here, hope that you will like it.

This house is suitable to be placed at the beach for vacation, with a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a picnic area.
You can also enjoy the view of bamboos and stones (even the waterfall in Sunset Valley) outside the 3-levels glasses, as if you are in mountains at the same time.
A large-screen television, stereos, and a bar are included, too. Please enjoy a modern life here. Feel free to add other items as you like.

Additional Credits: the design of 3-levels glasses is studied from a modern villa in real world.

The minimum required EP is the Late Night. A few objects will be replaced with the similar ones if you do not have some EPs.
