This is my first Sims 3 upload. It's a modern beach house and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and is ready to move in. I made this in SV but moved it into Riverview, but it looked way better in SV, since there are beach lots. Anyway, the lot was tested and runs great. I hope you like

I did forget one light in the cooking area of the kitchen, so add one.
