This house was specially designed for the Recurve Strand lot in Sunset Valley. By default, the lot is a community lot, but I thought it would be the perfect spot for a beach house since it's really the only lot directly on the beach sand besides the big public beach. This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 "office" type rooms which can be used as offices, sitting areas, smaller bedrooms, extra bathrooms, a nursery, or whatever. It also has 3 bathrooms and a large pool, two story living room, a large deck that wraps around most of the house, and another private deck off the master suite. Most rooms have large windows with a great view of the ocean

Some special notes about this house;
1. If you place it on the recurve strand lot, it does not have direct road access. It takes about 20-40 sim minutes for a sim to run from the house to the road before they can get in a car or on a bike.
2.For some reason, the recurve strand lot does not get the "beautiful lot" moodlet.
3. To place this house on recurve strand, you have to first convert the lot to residential, then demolish the lot (which will appear vacant) before placing the house.
