6 Apartments-2 units per floor,
2 single bedroom with double bed
4 with master and a small single bedroom
They are all fully furnished, contain all major appliances and are protected with fire alarms.



Playtested for several simdays
Built using Any Game Starter

The rental price reflects the desirability of these fully furnished and self contained units. Created in a former residential villa the rents per week for singles are §1,344 and §1,578, doubles vary from §1,714 to §1,937.


Situated in a pleasant neighbourhood it boasts a foyer bar with a gaming facilities, a Rooftop garden with loungers and a barbecue for those informal get togethers, not to mention the large mature gardens with sheltered sitting areas

All in all a very sought after residence.


To Rent A Furnished Apartment

* CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
* Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
* Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right

in front of the door.
* Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
* SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
* If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
* Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
* Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.

I'm not sure if this applies but to maintain the condition of the garden I would suggest you install a

garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at

Simbology

In building Highpoint I used the allow level cheat so for viewing the Rooftop garden it may be better to

install and use a camera hack.


To insure a working bar with barman I would recommend Apartments and Shopping hack by MogHughson
