This is 1 Halcyon Drive, which was an exercise in levels and steps and something I've wanted to do for a while: from the front it looks as if it is only a single level, but actually there's another level below (that's not a basement)

As it was an exercise in stairs, your sims will have very strong calf muscles after living in this house for a few days! There are many steps up to the house itself, steps from the pool down to the little patio area on the lower level, and stairs leading down from the bridge that goes over the lake to reach the hot-tub and up again to the front garden.

Please excuse poor quality screenshots, I've tried to have them 800x600 *and* within the filesize limits.
