The large barbeques seen in the photographs have been removed because they didn't work, although all the other residential items in the house all seem to work fine when I tested them.

To get the residential objects into a community lot, I started off with a residential lot, built most of it and furnished it with the items I wanted and then changed it to a community lot. I had wanted to try the changelot_zoning community cheat, but it didn't seem to work properly so I changed it in SimPE which was very quick and easy. You have to remember to remove the postbox and trashcan and replace them with a callbox and the community lot trashbasket.

This was mostly an exercise in trying out internal modular stairs on a foundation using Mike'sInside Tutorial
