Pietrosa (the name means "stony") is a modern glass and stone villa with a Mediterranean garden. It is fully furnished.

My Sim family (a couple of professionists with a teenage child) wanted a sort of refuge from the stress. The stone is warm and reassuring. The huge windows make the natural landscape a part of the house.

By the way, an IMPORTANT NOTE: the screenshots show you an example of placement, in a lot near the sea in the neighborhood of Belladonna Cove. I didn't make Pietrosa as a beach lot, because I wanted it more versatile. For example I find another good placement is on top of a hill.

Ground floor.
There are: a kitchen, a two-storey living room, a recreation room, a little bathroom.

First floor.
There are: a master bedroom with a great open space bathroom; a study/guest room with its own bathroom and entrance.

Outdoor.
There are: a covered patio, two car parks, a Jacuzzi and a panoramic swimming pool.
