In the 19th century an italian count built this house for his beautiful and beloved wife, "Contessa Francesca"...
That is what I imagined while creating this lot.
And now the villa, furnished and without custom contents, is ready for our contemporary Sims!

The house.
The furniture is mainly Art Nouveau style, but the floors are older.
There are a living room, a dining room, a study, a kitchen, 4 wide bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a great basement that your Sims can use as they prefer.
There are also 2 wide terraces (one of them covered) and two little balconies.

The park.
There are a lot of romantic corners: 2 scenic gardens (northern and southern), a belvedere (perfect for weddings), a path in the little wood on the hill, a lemon grove ("limonaia"), a swimming pool...
