Finally, here comes the eighth and last house in my first series of mini lots. It's a three bedroom family house, requiring only a 10x10 lot for placement. Contains no CC or store items. Playtested. Comes with kitchen, living room, dining room, study, hobby room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, indoor swimmingpool, and a mini garden with outdoor seating and parking for one car. Price unfurnished: 25,638. Furnished: 39,989.

NB! This house should be placed on a lot that is rotated so that the lot arrows point left or right, but NOT towards or away from the street. If the lot is placed incorrectly the stacked stairs WILL NOT WORK (as of patch 1.50).
