The second house in my new Mini Lots: Modern Collection, ScanBrick is a fully decorated, two bedroom house requiring only a 10x10 lot for placement. Contains no CC or store items. Playtested. Requires University Life. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom (with a fold-down bed), wc and laundry room. Upstairs, the living room, kid's room and bathroom all come with Seasons-proof sloped ceilings. Outside is a tiny garden with outdoor seating and a veggie patch. Price unfurnished: 13,553.
