Just another small house by me. Decided to put my creativity into action and did this "GreenHouse".

Three levels-only two are usable by sims. There's a spiral staircase that lets you go from one level to the next. Your sims will change into winter clothing using the stairs,because of the greenhouse effect(but only then).
The house is build for family of two(max three sims) and has kitchen and dining room. Living room and small bath on the first floor. The second floor has another small bathroom and the master bedroom along with additional room. The house is CC free,but it requires Seasons and Apartment Life.

I'd like to credit aelflaed for the tiny sunny lots. This house is built on 2x1 and it's a starter home(not furnished).
