University Lot: New & Improved Var Var Var (Tri Var) Sorority House!

Welcome all to the new and improved Var Var Var (also known as Tri Var) sorority house. In addition to the exterior, here are some specific changes to the interior:

Bedrooms: 5
Bathrooms: 2 (in addition to these two of the bedrooms on the first floor have their own private master baths)
**There is also a gym, chapter room, living and dining room, and also a lap pool with a hot tub.

I have included one customized sorority tee with this for those who use the Tri Var sorority in their games. The rest of the home is hack/custom content free, and is also free of my sims.

This home is partly furnished. All of the rooms have flooring/wallpaper, however I've kept the decor either nonexistent or sparse in the bedrooms. This way you can customize the sorority house to your liking. The predominant colors throughout the home is purple and white, because I have declared these the Tri Var sorority colors. :D

The price for this home is $49,000 (approx).
