Obviously, this is my first upload for MTS2. This is a Greek house, and here are some stats on this lot.

Bedrooms: 8
Bathrooms: 2
The lot also includes a kitchen, dining room, large living room, study, and chapter room. There's also a fountain in the foyer!

I cleaned this lot (and moved my sims out) using the Sims2CleanPack Installer, so there may be some "living" residue from my sims. This includes dishes, and the "lockable" doors still have my sims on them. This being the case, you might want to delete those doors so your sims can claim them. :D
The only custom items that are with this lot are two sorority shirts that I designed for my sims. I thought you might like them. There should be no hacks since I had to delete all of them for the expansion (oh happy gnome, how I miss thee. )

This lot is partly furnished. Most of the bedrooms however do not have paint/wallpaper or furniture, so these can be decorated however you like! There's not too much in the way of paintings, etc. I was focusing more on the exterior. Also, the reason for the excessive blue and white is because those are the sorority's colors.
