Rock That Droat - Coat-like Dresses for Little Girls
I know what you're thinking..."What the heck is this outfit even?"
Welp to put it simply it's the outfit that I made after borking my bodyshop, giving myself three premature grey hairs and staying up til 4 in the morning. That's right my fine people, I tried to mesh again.
Not even really a full mesh, just a mesh edit, and let me tell you it was the single worst experience of my life.
The exporting? Easy. The actual meshing? 1st grade material here. Getting it to show up in bodyshop? Just shoot me now.
I was about at the screaming point when I finally trashed the whole thing and gave up. Onto knew horizons I went, a new horizon that may or may not have been in the form of the internet.
I spent a good hour cooling off my rage by retexturing a mesh I found on TSR.
The rest is pretty self explanatory:
It was late, I was really frustrated, I derped around in body shop (which is working very nicely again, thanks Skellington7d, miss_amaretto and joandsarah for the suggestions) and then another hour later I konked out, computer on lap, totally unattractive positioning on couch (I've got to stop staying up so late...).
Well imagine my surprise when I woke up, I hadn't created the coat I originally planned but instead what I'd call a "Droat". Is it a dress? Is it a coat? I dunno, I thought it looked cute as is and decided to roll with it. Cause I'm hip like that and stuff.
So here, we, go!
To warm for a coat you say? You're so insensitive to people living in the North and South Poles (looking at you, Sim playing Santa and penguins!).
My usual set of colours, check out the swatch down below to see.
The very pretty mesh is by Siluetta and is NOT included, because TSR is a pain like that. Get it HERE.
I know, I know, you need an account for TSR. If you don't have one it's really simple to get one, or maybe your friend can loan you theirs for a spell (I just happen to have an old one I don't use).
Textures are by fakepeeps7 and EA/Maxis.
