The Pleasant Modern

The Pleasant Modern is a custom designed house for a family of between 5 to 8. This house is modern, luxurious, and can fit well into any suburban or modern neighbourhood. This house will surely make your Sim owners the envy of the neighbourhood as a result of its exotic and sleek outside nature which is complimented by the lovely decorated interior.

The magnificent view of this 3 level house bids you welcome on approach with its lovely view and if your Sims are the Auto crazy types, 2 underground garages at both ends of the front view are ready to grace your cars for safe keeping.



The ground floor of the house is there for the adults as well as the teens. While the adults can relax in a spectacular comfort in the living room or maybe in the study/library, the teens can also quietly keep away their stress by playing video game all day in the games room closer to the stairway on his level. And if music is a choice, the lovely piano there will surely do the trick. Of course, the family must always go hungry and thanks to the well designed kitchen with attached dining, there will be no need to worry.

A beauty of this level is the open view of the back which will surely allow free flow of air but surely a sight of envy from your visitors



The first level, has three self okay bedrooms with enough space for your Sims to wander about. The back exit holds a relaxation place as well as a bar just in case there is the need of a drink. The children of the house will will of course love having their own rooms, and giving up their bed space for visitors is now out of the question thanks to the visitors room which is par of this floor.

The second level is definitely the envy of the house as a whole. It houses the master bedroom in combination of its own sitting, library, study and video game place in a split level construction. The gym is located outside on this level and what a lovely way to work our knowing fully well that you are in a world of free nature and thus no sweating while exercising. If there is the need to grill, then thanks to mini grill kitchen located on the penthouse, grilling can be down while absorbing the beauty of the whole neighbourhood. This area is a beauty to behold.



The back outdoor also compliments the house a a big way. With a lovely mowed grass and beautifying the ground, the flowers and shrubs combines with it to give an envious nature to all. If there is the need to cool off, then the swimming pool is just there to help you out. Is there a hunger for any game for the owners, well the basket ball court and the outdoor pool table will sure do the trick. And if the household has a dog pet, a sleeping place await it at the back






The recolours of all the objects used were not included. Though the mesh are included, I highly would recommend to download the the recolours of these objects if you do not already have them. This will enabled all the colours to show up properly as they appear in the lot.

For the TS3BahHausGarageDoor, two versions exists: one for late night and another for apartment life. I used the one for apartment life and so you need to have this EP installed for the garage to work.
