This house was something I thought about when dropping my sister off at her summer camp, on top of a mountain. There were all of these houses with the garages built into the hill underneath the house, and I thought it would be so neat to have something like that to play with.



I couldn't get the edges of the hill to match up in quite the way I wanted them to, but I'm still really happy with this. Around the back of the house, there's a set of stairs that leads down to the edge of the creek, where there's a dock and a picnic area.





On the inside of the house, there are two fully-furnished levels, with plenty of room for a sim couple to raise a small family. And the house only contains three items of CC!
