Simply Split is a two building home. One side holds 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a walkout to the side of the house with a nice view of both the courtyard and the mini apple orchard along side the house.
The other building holds an open floor plan with a sunken living room and large kitchen. This kitchen as well has a walkout to the courtyard area. The seperate dining room holds a fabulous view of the backyard courtyard.

Although I found some inspiration from a few different styles of homes, I focused more on the courtyard. This is a cute backyard with gorgeous seating, gazebo dining area, bbq area and hot tub surrounded by gardens

. Your sims can access the courtyard from the back or front.
