Thank you to simension for a great building tutorial on sloping roofs. Here is the result. This cottage has a conservatory, a split level dining/living area and an "attic" type first floor under the eaves. Just the ticket for Sims who are sick of ordinary cubicle type rooms. Move in and watch your neighbors marvel at the magic of sloped ceilings! 30x30, 51752§ furnished, 37592§ unfurnished. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is large enough to be turned into a third bedroom. NO CC!
