Taylor Island Public Library

After a long delay, and as a early Christmas present, Sparkitecture once again brings you another quality lot, this time from my personal game. This is the first community lot I've ever uploaded, a small library I built for a new hood of mine named Taylor Island. Taylor Island is a small neighbourhood I built, combining small town chic and contemporary architecture and styling.



Taylor Island Public Library brings the residents big and small knowledge and learning, despite being situated in a 1x1 lot. There are two floors, the ground floor being the main library and the first floor being the children's library. There is a small bathroom upstairs as well as seating areas on both floors. Open 9am-6pm M-F, 9am-5:30pm Sat and 10am-4pm Sun. No smoking, eating or drinking permitted, nor pets. Please park pushchairs outside due to lack of space and lift. Children must be supervised at all times.



The main library contains books on all sorts of subjects, from llama training to fire prevention to the newest and hottest book to hit SimCity, 50 Shades Of Plumbobs, if you can get your hands on a copy! There is also a small seating area to read in comfort.



Upstairs is the children's library and a small bathroom. The children's library is brightly coloured and features all kinds of story books about slaying dragons, rescuing princesses, grand space voyages and everything in between. There are also smaller racks of picture books for little kids featuring their favourite characters. Bean bags and even the front seat of a car provide seating to enjoy the story. There are also a selection of small toys to play with.

I hope you enjoy the library and your new found knowledge. I feel this is the perfect addition to your neighbourhood for your Sims to enjoy and learn, and it fits nicely into any spot as it is compact.
