Rise and shine! It's a beautiful bright summer's morning, even in the middle of the winter in this delightful beachy shack, Fern Blue. Named for the ferns that grow in the front garden and set on a tiny lot to fit into the smallest beachside neighbourhoods, it boasts a spacious living area and bedroom to suit a single Sim or a couple, a perfect starter lot. It has no custom content either!



A gravel path past flowerbeds and plants leads into this sweet home. Knock on the door and come in!



In the entrance is a small but functional kitchen, fully fitted with alarms and appliances.



The living room, with a large bay window to let in the sun is cosy and has all your Sims need to start out in the world- a bookcase, a tv and a telephone.



Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a double bed, chests of drawers and a full length mirror to check out your outfit, or practice long speeches for when you take over the world.



Outside, there's a balcony to sit and watch the world go by and enjoy a cold beer on a balmy summer's night.
