20 Abigail Drive is a adorable family home with 5 beds, 4 baths and a playground. It also has a nursery and games room- all whilst being a very playable lot. It's also great for large/legacy families.
The house was formerly home to my legacy family, who raised 3 generations here. The house has plenty of room to move around and has great potential for expansion. All 5 bedrooms are of a good size and can hold double beds. In addition, 20 Abigail Drive costs a very reasonable 90,798 Simoleans.
The garden holds a playground for children and a generous swimming pool. All this is packed into a very playable 3x3 lot! In all, perfect for legacy families or large families, and I hope you will have many happy hours playing with your favourite Sim families in this house ^-^
