Custom designed and built by Teryl - this awesome community lot has been built around the spiral staircase and features a great bar that includes billiards and dancing. There are several unfinished rooms just waiting for you to decorate ... build a clothing store upstairs, perhaps a gym ...

Outside there is a whole area just waiting for your sims to party ... a cool sunken pool area, and bar. I have kept this lot very undecorated for you, as I know people have fun designing their own rooms. This lot has endless possibilities. You will love it! Contains no hacks. Requires University if you like the pool table and new bars.
