Desert Palms is built on a foundation created by ekrubynaffit which I think is perfect for a large building. On the ground floor, your sims will have, in addition to the rental office with free coffee, a spacious lobby with conversation pit and a lounge with big screen TV, and chess and dart boards. Convenient restrooms are right next to the front door for hardworking sims in need when they get home. Behind the building, sims will enjoy swimming and sunbathing. They will have plenty of covered parking in front (for effect only, of course!)

Apt. A on the second floor has 3 small bedrooms and 1 bath, modern kitchen, dinette set, and living room. It also has a balcony with view of the pool.
Apt. B on the third floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and same living areas as Apt. A.
Apt. C on the fourth floor has the same plan as Apt. A.
Each apartment is furnished and decorated differently with base game and no cc furnishings.
