Modern Design is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with three living areas, eat-in kitchen, and formal dining. A large balcony goes all the way around the second floor offering plenty of room for Sim outdoor activities. There is also a refreshing pool for that "Want to go swimming" whim that so many Sims get. The house is available in two versions, one with extensive cc and the other without any. I have included comparative screenshots. The no cc house is more expensive at 146,633.
